Worked with APSI Construction Management to provide full-time resource-loaded schedule and associated cost management services for their contract as owner’s representative for Trinity River Vision Authority (TRVA) program consisting of 37 projects. Partook in the procurement, demolition, and relocation of more than 300 properties. Pivotal in coordinating, getting data from, and developing a master schedule for all of the TRVA partners which include Tarrant Regional Water District, Army Corp of Engineers, City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas Department of Transportation, and Federal government funding programs.
Played a vital role in multiple new bypass channels to be dug along with a dam and multiple locks; 3 new bridges and roadway projects; and various street modification, including all infrastructure, such as water, sewer, power, and communications
Served as an integral contributor in multiple recreational facilities and ecosystem replacement projects
Drove all efforts to rework the entire schedule and resource loading, thus achieving the first approved baseline schedule, which automatically provides accurate budget and ETC data for finance to determine budgeting requests and funding releases
